All of Pathways' meditation classes are designed to empower you on your spiritual path. Classes cover a range of topics. The teaching method allows the student to integrate mind, body, spirit, and emotion simultaneously. Most people are integrated in two out of the four areas. This system will allow the student to move ahead in balance.

With the 2012 shift fast approaching,we will begin the work of cleansing and raising your physical vibration. Step by step we will integrate your new information, personal power and abundance. It is time to let go once and for all of the old controlling attitudes, behaviors, programming and life style. We will as always be in a nurturing environment, working round robin and in a line creating your new reality. This series is designed to ease you into the new year, and we will meet regularly through 2012 and to make it stick. We will use several modalities to accomplish this. Regular meditation at home will greatly multiply the benefits of the work.
